My life has revolved around my art.
As an only child my paints and brushes became my best friends and that feeling of being in the moment has never faded.

I use many different mediums, such as watercolour, acrylics, and oils.
A recent foray into working in gold leaf has brought a new dimension to my work.
Sketchbooking has become a way of life!
I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

I enjoy the rainforest areas close to my home. I find it my spiritual place and am always inspired to put that feeling into my work.
In a similar way, I find the coastal areas nearby energising to my soul.
Interestingly I find the human face mesmerising to paint and return quite often to paint portraits and figurative work
